Blog/Exam-done-welcome-to-the-next-semester

Well this is it! The masters thesis is done! A nice little exam and me and MadsG were left with a 9 each. We were hoping (and certainly not expecting) to get a 10 - but hey! what's that personal ambitions - completely out of character for my part! Won't happen again i promise.

Enough about the exam, the new semester is starting the 2. of September already, so it's back to school real soon. This means a larger group and lots of interesting courses, how this holds up againts the get-up-at-noon-and-to-bed-at-6 coding master's thesis deal has yet to be determined.

But since the master's thesis is now done i can start hacking Odin to pieces, first to get hacked beyond recognition is the networking code, that will be transfered to a general library for transfering network packets in different forms (so far a binary format and XML). Inspired by the http://freedesktop.org DBUS project i am currently considering the name libAnyBus for the library. As a test of Tom Lord's Arch (http://gnuarch.org) the code is managened by Arch, mirror at http://dev.pohldata.dk/~rto/archives/
